This privacy policy explains what data we collect, how we use it, and your rights when you use the posi point-of-sale application and the services at posi.page and posi.blekhaus.com (the "Service"), provided by blek / blekhaus ("we", "us").

• Your business data: the products, inventory, prices, categories, and sales records you enter into the Service.
• Usage and device data: event data about how you use the app, and technical information such as browser/device type and approximate location.

We use the data we collect to: provide and maintain the Service; manage your account and sign you in; improve the product and fix bugs; communicate with you about the Service; and meet our legal obligations. We do not sell your business data for advertising.

3. third-party services

We rely on trusted third-party providers to run the Service:

• Supabase — database, authentication, and hosting.
• Google Analytics & Google Ads — site usage statistics and ad measurement.
• PostHog — product usage analytics.

These providers process data only to provide services to us and are subject to their own privacy policies.

We use cookies and similar technologies to keep you signed in, remember your preferences (such as language), and measure usage. You can manage or delete cookies in your browser; blocking some cookies may affect how the Service works.

We keep your data for as long as your account is active and as needed to provide the Service. If you close your account, we will delete or anonymise your data within a reasonable period, subject to any legal retention obligations.
