Alıcı: posi+ aboneliğini satın alan kullanıcı ("Alıcı"). Alıcı, hesabında belirttiği e-posta ve fatura bilgileriyle tanımlanır.

2. sözleşmenin konusu

Bu sözleşmenin konusu, Alıcı'nın posi.blekhaus.com üzerinden elektronik ortamda sipariş verdiği posi+ dijital abonelik hizmetinin satışı ve ifasıdır. Taraflar, 6502 sayılı Tüketicinin Korunması Hakkında Kanun ve Mesafeli Sözleşmeler Yönetmeliği kapsamındaki hak ve yükümlülüklerini bildiklerini kabul eder.

3. hizmet ve bedel

• Hizmet: posi+ aboneliği — posi satış uygulamasının gelişmiş özelliklerine (düzenleme, tam geçmiş ve raporlar, ürün görselleri vb.) erişim.
• Bedel: aylık ₺99 (KDV dahil). Fiyatlar, özellikle beta döneminde değişebilir; geçerli fiyat satın alma anında ödeme ekranında gösterilir.
• Ücretsiz deneme: her hesap, kart gerektirmeyen 7 günlük ücretsiz deneme ile başlar.

4. ödeme

Ödemeler, kredi veya banka kartı ile iyzico ödeme altyapısı üzerinden güvenli şekilde tahsil edilir. Satıcı, kart bilgilerinizi görmez veya saklamaz; bu bilgiler doğrudan ödeme kuruluşu tarafından işlenir. Abonelik, iptal edilmediği sürece her dönem otomatik olarak yenilenir.

5. ifa ve teslimat

posi+ dijital bir hizmettir ve fiziksel teslimat yapılmaz. Ödeme onaylandıktan hemen sonra ilgili özellikler Alıcı'nın hesabına tanımlanır. Teslimat ve erişime ilişkin ayrıntılar Teslimat ve İade Şartları sayfasında yer alır.

6. cayma hakkı

Mesafeli Sözleşmeler Yönetmeliği uyarınca, elektronik ortamda anında ifa edilen ve Alıcı'nın onayıyla ifasına başlanan dijital hizmetlerde cayma hakkı bulunmayabilir. Bununla birlikte Satıcı, beta dönemi boyunca esnek bir iade yaklaşımı benimser; iade ve iptal koşulları Teslimat ve İade Şartları sayfasında açıklanmıştır.

7. iptal ve fesih

Alıcı, aboneliğini istediği zaman iptal edebilir; iptal, içinde bulunulan dönemin sonunda geçerli olur. Satıcı, Kullanım Koşulları'nın ihlali halinde hizmeti askıya alabilir veya sonlandırabilir.

8. genel hükümler

Bu sözleşme, Alıcı'nın elektronik ortamda siparişi onaylamasıyla kurulur ve yürürlüğe girer. Sözleşmeden doğan uyuşmazlıklarda, ilgili mevzuatta belirlenen parasal sınırlar çerçevesinde Tüketici Hakem Heyetleri ve Tüketici Mahkemeleri yetkilidir. Bu sözleşmede hüküm bulunmayan hallerde Kullanım Koşulları ve yürürlükteki mevzuat uygulanır.

Seller: blek / blekhaus (the "Seller"). Contact: [email protected] · posi.page

Buyer: the user who purchases a posi+ subscription (the "Buyer"), identified by the email and billing details provided in their account.

2. subject of the agreement

This agreement covers the sale and provision of the posi+ digital subscription that the Buyer orders electronically via posi.blekhaus.com. The parties acknowledge their rights and obligations under Turkey's Law No. 6502 on Consumer Protection and the Regulation on Distance Contracts.

3. service and price

• Service: a posi+ subscription — access to the advanced features of the posi point-of-sale app (editing, full history and reports, product images, and more).
• Price: ₺99 per month (VAT included). Prices may change, especially during the beta; the current price is shown on the checkout screen at the time of purchase.
• Free trial: every account starts with a 7-day free trial that requires no card.

4. payment

Payments are collected securely by credit or debit card through the iyzico payment infrastructure. The Seller does not see or store your card details; they are processed directly by the payment institution. Unless cancelled, the subscription renews automatically each period.

5. performance and delivery

posi+ is a digital service and there is no physical delivery. The relevant features are activated on the Buyer's account immediately after payment is confirmed. Details of delivery and access are set out in our Delivery & Returns page.

6. right of withdrawal

Under the Regulation on Distance Contracts, the right of withdrawal may not apply to digital services that are performed instantly online and whose performance has begun with the Buyer's consent. Nonetheless, the Seller takes a flexible approach to refunds during the beta; refund and cancellation terms are explained on our Delivery & Returns page.

7. cancellation and termination

The Buyer may cancel the subscription at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current period. The Seller may suspend or terminate the service in case of a breach of the Terms of Service.

8. general provisions

This agreement is formed and takes effect when the Buyer confirms the order electronically. For disputes arising from this agreement, the Consumer Arbitration Committees and Consumer Courts have jurisdiction within the monetary limits set by the applicable legislation. Matters not covered here are governed by our Terms of Service and applicable law.
